Neck Ranges of Motion

So there are the following Ranges of Motion for the neck: Flexion, Extension, Right rotation, Left rotation, Right lateral flexion, and Left lateral flexion.

Putting the neck through these ranges may help. You can also use your hand to push or pull gently giving a bit more stretch.

I also like doing half neck rolls. Flex the head a bit and roll it from ear to ear. Now extend the head back and do the same thing.
