Simple Neck Stretches I Can Do...

Lateral head tilts are probably the most common and simplest stretches one can do.

Simply tilt the head to the side bringing one ear toward that shoulder. Hold for 10 - 20 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do each side 3 times.

Bring the head slightly forward or back will change the muscle you are stretching a bit.

As a warm-up to a workout I'll do some half Neck circles and I may do these stretches post workout.
